Avocado Cilantro Lime Yogurt Dressing
This creamy cilantro lime avocado dressing with Greek yogurt is a must-try! Tangy, fresh, oil-free and requiring less than 5 minutes to make, it is perfect for salads, bowls, tacos, or as a healthy dip.

1 ripe avocado ¼ cup Greek yogurt 1 handful fresh cilantro leaves - about 1 cup juice of 1 lime 2-3 cloves garlic salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup water or milk (to thin out the dressing)
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and process with a hand blender until smooth and creamy. You can also use a blender or food processor.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper, if needed. If the dressing is too thick, blend in a little water until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve immediately or store in a glass jar with an airtight lid.
