Lemon Oil Salad Dressing
This fresh and tangy lemon olive oil salad dressing is perfect for salads, grilled veggies, grain bowls, and easy to make ahead.

- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon about 1½–2 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake until fully combined and emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
