Tahini Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing

Here is a simple Tahini and Greek yogurt salad dressing you will want to make on repeat!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic (use more or less, if preferred)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4-5 tablespoon water (to thin out the dressing)
  • a handful mint leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or jar, whisk or mix olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, and salt.
  • Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  • Stir in the chopped mint leaves, mixing well to combine.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Stir before using.

Notes

Taste and adjust the dressing to your liking. Add more lemon juice for tang, honey for sweetness, or salt and pepper, to taste.
