what you will need
This recipe is very similar to the Italian dressing I use for my black bean dip - just without the honey. It also uses apple cider vinegar, instead of red wine vinegar.
You will need:-
- lemon juice.
- apple cider vinegar.
- dijon mustard - Most brands of Dijon mustard use ingredients like mustard seeds, vinegar, and spices, which are inherently gluten-free. Check the product label to ensure no gluten-containing ingredients have been added, if you have a gluten allergy or intolerance:
- dried oregano.
- dried thyme.
- 1 clove minced garlic.
- sugar.
- olive oil.
- salt and pepper to taste.

how to make it
Add all the dressing ingredients to a jar, seal tightly, and shake until well combined.
storage
Store this salad dressing in a clean, airtight jar or bottle in the fridge for up to one week.
The oil may solidify slightly when chilled, so just let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes and give it a good shake before using.
